General Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities and day to day management of the Customer Service Team. Interact with and coordinate with owners and managers of collision repair facilities. Process potential and new member facilities through the application and onboarding process and provide customer support to existing members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: verifying applications are complete and accurate, inputting information into applicable company software and databases, performing credit checks, background checks, reference checks, data entry, providing ongoing training and support, assisting in the development and implementation of processes and procedures, coordinating with various departments and companies to accomplish tasks and goals, preparing and submitting status reports and updates to management as they relate to associated duties and responsibilities. Candidate will also identify trends, opportunities and obstacles, resolve issues and challenges related to the Customer Service team and associated duties and responsibilities, and schedule employees for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in body shop operations or administrative supervision is preferred - Customer service - Ability to work with computers and various software programs including Microsoft Office a must - Profile / Candidate characteristics - Detail Oriented - Strategic thinker / Able to make recommendations for improvements and corrections - Ability to lead and direct a team - Able to work independently as well as within a team - Knowledge of computers, software, and minor networking - Diligent - Focused - Self starter with drive and motivation - Honest/Trustworthy/Fun - Articulate – both written and oral
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma mandatory - Associates or higher proffered (or equivalent work experience)
